All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in its original and unused condition.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size, color or style, please place another order on StepTire.com for your replacement item.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping is available to the contiguous United States.
All packages will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours after your submission.
Orders placed for Next Day delivery service before 12PM CST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
Packages will be shipped from Dallas, Texas and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.
