Return Policy

Return Policy: 

  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and unworn, unless goods are damaged or defective within 30 days of purchase.
  • Damaged, Stained or visibly worn returns will not be accepted.

 

Free Exchanges and returns for store credit. 

  • Return Label Provided
  • Clearance items may be excluded as marked

 

Returns for Refund are accepted within 30 days. Must have proof of purchase (order number)

  • Return Label Provided. $7.95 will be deducted from refund for shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds will take approximately one week from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

How To Make A Return:

Please enclose you order receipt or include a sheet with your Name, Address, Order # and reason for return and enclose it with your item(s) in the box.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.

Shipping is available to the contiguous United States.

All packages will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours after your submission.

Packages will be shipped from Dallas, Texas and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.
